Job description, responsibilities and duties
Would you like to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Are you interested in tech but not technical yourself? We might have a role for you! You will be immersed in the daily operations that keep our team running smoothly, helping with team calendar, running comms events and more. What will be your tasks?:
- Organization and facilitation of the meetings (management meetings, workshops, and full team meetings)
- Implementing process improvements and coordinating activities across different departments.
- Coordination of strategic topic initiatives such as quarterly reporting of OKRs and strategic KPIs
- Support with content creation and stakeholder management
- Collaboration with colleagues on overarching initiatives
- Organization chart update and overview of footprint development towards agreed strategic plans
- Travel Budget monitoring and planning within the team
- Managing and delivering the communication for the team

- Previous experience in operations management, project management, consulting, or other similar areas
- You are a strong communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills and feel confident directly working with our management team (in English)
- You are detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines.
- You bring a strong working knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- You are a team player and self-starter who thinks ahead, is result oriented and thrives in a dynamic and professional global environment.
