About the Role

You will play an active role designing target operating models in collaboration with senior stakeholders, and distribution partners. You will be the initial point of contact with the distribution partners for operations related items.

You will help shape target solutions, refine propositions and kick-start the delivery of innovative insurance solutions for customers.

The role will work closely with other functions within iptiQ including collaborating with key stakeholders to design & document processes for the end-to-end insurance value chain.

As part of the partner facing cross-functional team of iptiQ EMEA you have a key role supporting partner onboarding and also ongoing management during BAU.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand iptiQs business & platform capabilities and combine them to reach maximum value for our distribution partners and end customers.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys which combine innovative insurance solutions with our distribution partner's needs.
• Act as a facilitator in the organisation to develop solutions to improve partner initiatives and collaborate with other departments to drive shared goals.
• Closely collaborate with key members of the organisation in Operations, Business Development, Product & Technology to design operating models.
• Prepare and co-lead partner meetings & workshops.
• Efficiently support the ideation process of new distribution partners or products for iptiQs B2B2C model.
• Manage partners which in BAU dealing with monthly reporting and any escalation queries from a DP
• Represent Operations at partner core team meetings
• Manage operational incidents within the incident management framework
• Monitor partner performance and look at ways collaboratively that performance can be improved

Personality requirements and skills

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance
• Ability to drive solutions in context of high ambiguity.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or similar field.
• Business analysis skills in insurance.
• Ability to adjust own work in accordance with the company business strategy and capability to optimally prioritise multiple projects / tasks at the same time.
• Able to collaborate effectively with team members, address leadership supporting your views and ideas while being open to different opinions.
• Effective communication sophisticated information towards heterogeneous stakeholder groups
• Proficient in English
• Proactive, solution-oriented and surpasses obstacles
