About the Role

You will drive requirement engineering and quality assurance of our tools and platforms. You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset focused on achieving progress as well as an open-minded, intellectually curious approach to everything you do.

Your responsibilities will be:

-Collect, maintain, and understand business requirements in collaboration with the Product Manager
-Translate business terminology into technical language and vice versa
-Write clear and concise requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that requirements are unambiguous, complete, consistent and verifiable
-Optimize existing and design new user journeys
-Set up and/or coordinate testing activities

If you possess traits and experience that match most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:

-Previous experience with business analysis or requirements engineering
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with orientation to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
-Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize and re-prioritize around changing organizational objectives and timelines
-Ability to present applications / demos to internal and external stakeholders
-Exposure to agile development approaches (e.g. Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence
-Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in the business process and suggests areas of improvement
-Experience with Re-/Insurance in general and Business Management in particular is a plus
