About the Team:
Join us as a core member of a new team to build and support modern data analytics platform for Swiss Re's international group of Risk Consulting specialists, who provide risk knowledge to Swiss Re clients around the world.
About the Role:
You will be designing and leading development of this new capability using most advanced Microsoft Azure technology. The platform will provide self-managed project environments for data analysis and data science use cases, allowing collaboration with appropriate data access controls.

Key skills and qualities you bring to this role include:
-Experience with at least some data analytics Azure services, such as PowerBI, Azure Machine Learning, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, databases, and others.
-Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a distinct advantage, but is not required.
-Good practical knowledge of security and networking concepts.
-Building and deploying Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions on Azure.
-Software engineering and DevOps mindset.
-Architectural leadership for a team of software engineers.
-Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
