About the Team

We are a multinational, dynamic and engaged team of more than 60 UW Coordinators, divided into smaller teams according to EMEA markets. Our team is the backbone for our client managers, who originate and renew the business with clients. We are also the only reinsurance department that oversees the end-to-end process.

About the Role

Treaty underwriting coordinator is an operatoinal and administrative role focusing on daily support of sales representatives. Every coordinator is managing own portfolio consisting of non-life reinsurance deals. Coordinators are responsible for processing of documents into the systems, meeting the deadlines, creating supporting files for sales representatives and managing overall end to end process.

Key responsibilities:

- Acting as a point of contact and partner for Client Underwriters or Key Account Managers (client facing staff)
- Handling of your own portfolio – including contract management, data gathering, analysis of portfolio and reporting
- Collaborating and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams (Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.)
- Contributing to or leading projects and initiatives; Conducting portfolio analysis
- Preparing presentations for client visits, client events and conferences

Essentials:

- Previous working experience in the field of Business administration or Insurance/Reinsurance (5+ years of experience)
- Language skills: French and English fluent
- MS office package (Excel advanced)
- Proven Data literacy skills
- Proven ability to independently conduct given tasks
