About the team

Successful candidate will be part of EMEA Business Services team with overall responsibility for coordinating the Reinsurance Life & Health business in collaboration with Business Coordinator on a given market. Business Services are the power-wheel in the mechanism between our internal clients and port of call for all tasks related to onboarding of reinsurance treaties.

About the role

In this role you will know the structure, needs and potential of our clients and collaborate with other departments of the Swiss Re Group for the accomplishment of Swiss Re objectives.

You will be responsible for supporting the team of Business Coordinators in administrating the reinsurance business on the given market. This position includes data processing, tools administration and preparation of various materials (Power point presentation, Excel Sheets, etc.), scheduling of meetings, participating on team/market meetings and any other tasks upon requests.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a reliable individual with good communciaitons and presentation skills. You will have analytical thinking and act as a strong team player.

Essentials:

• University education (Bachelor´s degree) and/ or
• University education (Master´s degree)
• English and Spanish advanced – written and spoken, min. level B2
• Very good command of MS office package (especially Excel and Word)

Nice-to-have:
• Reinsurance or Insurance knowledge would be beneficial
