About the Role

We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our Chief InfoTech & Data Office's (CIDO) Operations & Transformation team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations & Transformation to support our organization's operations and progress our organization's transformation.
We strive to create an inspiring environment for our people to use data and technology to create a sustainable and strategic competitive advantage. The role will engage in global collaboration with the CIDO Leadership Team, the Operations & Transformation team, and the wider CIDO community.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include working on a broad range of topics including transformation and change initiatives, operational initiatives, and presentation support

• Support the transformation of CIDO organization with regards to operating model optimization, strategic workforce management and strategic partner optimization with the overarching goals of creating an inspiring environment in which to work, increasing our resilience to external shocks, increasing our efficiency, and improving business impact.

• Develop relationships internally with cross-disciplinary technology, business, and finance teams

• Coordinate the governance and steering of tech investments through the monitoring and tracking of business value creation

• Lead and/or support ad-hoc assignments, projects and initiatives as needed

• Support the conceptualization events for the organization (leadership workshops, townhalls, social events, etc.)

• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on tasks to successful conclusion
