About the Role
Are you familiar with terms as "processes, risks and controls"? Are you close to Know Your Customer (KYC) activities? If you say "Yes", we have a great way to start your career in Swiss Re Asset Management (AM).
In this role as AM Governance Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience and develop an excellent understanding of all governance-related topics for front office as well as cover KYC framework in AM. You will work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment and will have the opportunity to improve your analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
• Execute and steer end-to-end governance operations, focusing on constant improvement and efficiency of processes and the risk and control environment
• Drive, coordinate and manage various governance related control activities and reviews, e.g. review of processes, risks, controls, business unit plans, end user applications etc.
• Drive and steer the KYC framework in AM, encourage active communication with involved teams and Compliance
• Collaborate with other AM Governance team members to cover other governance activities
• Cross-functional collaboration with other governance teams and assurance function in Swiss Re

• Ability to build up a network of contacts
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly react to new situations
• Advanced with MS Office applications
