About the role
-Amazing opportunity to work with the latest SAP S/4 HANA technology and IT solution using SAP FI module
-We are looking for a Senior Technical IT Business Analyst to support IT interfaces and reconciliation with internal subledger and Group systems
-IT business analysis, maintenance of production IT solution, quarter close support, investigation of reconciliation exceptions, incident handling, testing, SAP customizing, system parametrization
-Translate business requirements into functional design and system specifications, covering all aspects of the new solution including test and deployment
-Work out, discuss and analyze the requirements for new solutions and improvements in close collaboration with business experts, other SAP consultants and application engineers
-Work closely with the ABAP developers and ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements

-Diverse and dynamic team of IT specialists, IT business analysts, SAP consultants, ABAP and Hana developers
-Globally distributed team, coordinating and working with internal Finance colleagues with significant base in Bratislava
-Our focus is to run, maintain, further improve existing functionalities and develop new ones. We are responsible for several interfaces to/from SAP FI and a variety of custom solutions to support both internal and external requirements

Personality requirements and skills

About You
-Bachelor or master's degree in IT, financial or business field
-7+ years or relevant work experience (especially in the role of Technical IT business analyst)
-Working experience in the design, configuration, testing, and support of processes powered by the SAP FI module
-Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (HANA would be an asset)
-Works well with MS Excel and Power Point
-Good understanding of various technical interface designs (especially staging table based)
-Ability to analyze and solve business and IT related issues
-Quick learner, understands abstract and conceptual thinking
-Great teammate working with dedication in the team but also when working independently
-Superb communication, coordination skills and "Can do" behaviour
-Able to work under stress and ability to navigate ambiguity
-Strong end to end ownership and proactive approach
-High level of change agility
