Job description, responsibilities and duties

Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Senior Identity & Access Management Analyst, you'll be tasked with improving operational environment security and accelerating digital transformation by helping us to modernise and expand our Cloud solutions. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, Security Solutions is a team which designs, improves, develops, and maintains security solutions and services, while keeping its primary focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). We're looking for an analytics expert who'll give us an edge in delivering outstanding security and compliance risks analyses and will greatly contribute to delivering robust security solutions.

In your role, you will…
-Analyse and understand stakeholders needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
-Assess the severity of access management-related events or gaps across our digital space
-Help with designing robust solutions to resolve security or governance concerns
-Help the team to refine high-level requirements in detailed tasks/acceptance criteria
-Support the validation of acceptance criteria with stakeholders
-Prepare/conduct trainings and document our solutions for various stakeholders

What we need from you
-Willingness to understand how things work, what the specific risks are, and what exploits could pose a threat
-Knowledge and experience of Identity & Access Management as a discipline
-Ability to present complex IAM topics to both expert and non-technical audiences
-Customer-oriented attitude
-Can-do attitude and the ability to push IAM topics forward as part of a team or independently
-Excellent oral and written skills in English

-Experience with security audits
-Experience with cloud-based applications and cloud environments (Azure, Alibaba, AWS, etc.)
