About the Role:
Are you a change agent passionate about working with people and teams supporting them to continuously improve and deliver their best work? As experienced Scrum Master this will be your constant mission!

In this role, you will be expected to:
-Support the Product Owner and the Squads setting Sprint goals/scope, organize product backlog with Product Owner, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (living the Agile framework, values, and principles)
-Act as servant leader with high emotional intelligence and as catalyst continuously driving the Agile maturity of teams forward
-Help removing impediments and mediate through conflicts
-Coach and develop Squads towards a continuous improvement mindset, self-organization, knowledge-sharing, and feedback culture
-Contribute to both Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches community of practices, and at Product Area level to process improvements, coaching and mentoring
-Engage with Chapter Leads and Squad members to help identifying potential growth opportunities for each member

About the Team:
You will be joining a dynamic, dedicated, and cross-functional team located between Zürich and Bratislava within the Global Technology Services (GTS) engineering department at Swiss Re. The team has the overall responsibility of building and running internal enterprise data platforms both on Public and Private Cloud, thus enabling business applications running within the whole Swiss Re ecosystem.

About you:
We are happy to meet you if you have:
-4+ years' experience working with Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and strong understanding of Agile practices, tools, and techniques
-Measure team performance through an evidence-based management approach
-Understanding and speaking the technical language of engineers
-Experience with IT enterprise tools and processes
-Continuous improvement mindset
-Ability to influence behavior
-Excellent communication and people management skills
-Commitment to quality, care for detail, and solution oriented mentality
-English language proficiency
-PSM/CSM certification (nice-to-have)
