Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensures that training get delivered timely through the right channels to employees and clients across the world
- Coordinates the operation and maintenance of client registrations and attendance reports, standard reports, certificates and other results in different systems and platforms (Success Factors, Qualtrics, SharePoint and others)
- Helps to coordinate/organize/deliver digitized and virtual people & cultural development services and solutions in close partnership with internal experts and services (e.g. Logistics, Communications etc...) and external vendors
- Coordinates and administrates learning and development platforms
- Acts as a main point of contact for all kinds of queries about trainings
- Works closely with external & internal partners to ensure smooth delivery of services provided

About the team:

The team is responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of various people development and learning initiatives as well as programs. This includes classroom and digitized learning as well as other types of deliverables for the unit People & Culture Development (PCD).
