About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Architect who recognizes the value of robust products and can help us design, enhance and operate solutions for contract administration, payment collection and customer interaction. Uniting these elements leads to a diverse, challenging and rewarding position for which we are seeking a highly engaged and open-minded person.

Your responsibilities:
• Defining the operational processes and ensuring they are agreed with all relevant stakeholders, including insurance product managers and the product development team.
• Ensuring the operational framework development is aligned to the overall strategy and business objectives.
• Evaluating progress and monitoring the run operations in order to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.
• Ensuring that for every process the relevant events and metrics are propagated to defined systems in order to facilitate the business analytics process.
• Supporting the testing activities for new process releases by creating relevant test, performing tests, supporting the UAT process.

About you

• Business analysis with experience in insurance/retail operations/ payment and collection systems;
• Experience in designing and executing testing scenarios and running UAT cycles;
• Experience in Agile working environments;
• Able adjust own work in accordance with the company business strategy and capable to successfully handle multiple projects at the same time;
• Able to collaborate effectively with team members, express leadership supporting your views and ideas while being open to different opinions;
• Proactive and solution-oriented;
• Ability to speak and write English fluently and basic capabilities in at least one additional language
• Interest in working in a multi-cultural, distributed team within Europe;
