Do you have finance knowledge, which allows you to explain financial data and coordinate globally with cost controllers, partners and analysts? Do you speak English fluently and are you able to communicate results accurately? Would you like to join a department that offers plenty of career opportunities in Bratislava? Then you might be the right person we are looking for!

In your role as Operations Specialist, you will ensure outstanding user experience for all Digital Business Management users. This includes among others communication, training, documentation, continuous systems improvements and support the users of the platform.

You will be our linking pin between the finance community and the (technical) system developers, familiar and comfortable with understanding and translating needs and requirements both ways.

Perform advanced reporting on ServiceNow/MSBI: Build ad-hoc analysis and continuously improve standard reports

Continuously monitor data quality on the system and collaborate with various types of users to improve data quality.

The position is within the Finance Corporate Functions Division. Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
