About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, Access Product Operations is a team responsible for providing expert access management services, setting up access management processes per compliance requirements, and efficiently controlling access life cycle processes for all Swiss Re users. We're looking for an experienced engineer who'll help us to improve our processes and services via diligent analysis, ensure our security agenda is properly followed.
In your role, you will…
• Continually improve and simplify our processes and services via data analysis
• Remove dependencies and co-create automated solutions
• Perform and evaluate compliance processes and activities to ensure IT general controls (ITGCs) are followed
• Support and conduct review activities of user access and system identities
• Coordinate requests and issues with responsible parties
• Adhere to various standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Foster a learning and development-centred culture and support team-based collaboration
