About the role

As a multi-faceted cost controller and business analyst, are you looking for new challenges to grow personally in a start-up environment? In this position, you will have an exceptional and exciting opportunity to join iptiQ's cost management team in charge of the day-to-day financial controlling, such as forecasting, planning, reporting, analytics, and commentaries for iptiQ. You will join a diverse team committed to delivering services to iptiQ's wide variety of clients. We put the consumer experience at the heart of everything we do. You will have a very close collaboration with all iptiQ regional Cost Partner's and FP&A team's as well as Group Cost Management.

As part of this role, you will:

•    Develop and maintain business analysis capabilities such as standard reports, analytics dashboards, key performance indicators, by leveraging the latest technologies
•    Define and run iptiQ wide cost management processes, such as indirect cost planning, headcount demand planning and intra-group service management
•    Oversight all the indirect cost allocation to iptiQ, be the single point of contact for Service Cost Accounting related topics and drive the indirect cost process iptiQ internally
•    Support iptiQ wide cost management projects
•    Develop cost projection models, drive automation and process improvement
•    Evaluate, recommend, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and increase quality
•    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns.
•    Be a problem solver: analyze issues, identify root causes, propose solutions, and consistently track issue resolution
•    Collaborate effectively cross-functionally to deliver high quality outputs
•    Respond and deliver ad-hoc requests to provide key insights for management into the expense base and help steer decision making capabilities

Personality requirements and skills

About you 

•    Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Business) is required. Master's degree is a plus.
•    You should have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
•    Strong conceptual capabilities
•    Excellence in MS Excel/MS PowerPoint
•    Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft PowerBI and/or Python is a plus
•    You are passionate about delivering costumer value and seamless customer experience. You are detail oriented and take pride in delivering high quality output also under pressure
•    You must be comfortable working within a highly collaborative broader functional team
•    Must demonstrate the ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results.
•    You have strong presentation skills, and you are able to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise fashion
•    Experience in business analysis and process management
•    Excellent command of the English language.
