Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will be part of a centralized Business Management team that supports our HR leadership team. Your main focus will be to drive activities enabling to run HR departments efficient and effective, administer assigned tasks, and to ensure that the various department´s risk management and overall business management obligations are carried out by using the relevant systems, policies and practices.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, cost tracking and controlling for assigned cost centres
- Keep track of HR's risk management landscape and make sure issues and operational events are accurately collected and addressed ensuring HR's operational risks are appropriately managed
- Support HR wide communication activities (e.g. support to prepare newsletter)
- Act as the Communication Champion and collaborate with our Communication colleagues that HR's needs are considered

We are a small team located in Zurich and Bratislava. We deal with strategy and planning, financial management, risk management and community building. The wide range of responsibilities gives end-to-end insights into the whole HR Function and various HR departments and enables a comprehensive understanding of the business.
As a team we strive to deliver value through collaboration, client centricity and agility. The broad activities give an unusual insight into HR Function.

- Min 3 years' experience in a similar role covering one or more from Finance/ Operational Risk Management/ Consultancy/ HR Planning/ Communication and Engagement
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shown success in working in a highly matrixed environment
- Demonstrate ability to build and manage relationships across the hierarchies
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork across organisations
- Strong communicator in English (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, savvy learner of new tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shown success in working in a highly matrixed environment
- Demonstrate ability to build and manage relationships across the hierarchies
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork across organisations
- Strong communicator in English (verbal and written)
