Are you an energetic leader, dedicated to work along the Group Digital &Technology Value Story to lead and implement a large-scale Agile Transformation? As an Agile Transformation Lead you will play a pivotal role shaping the Group wide transformation, driving the realisation of value and business impact through the adoption of agile behaviors and practices at scale.

We are looking for a versatile, seasoned professional to support the organization and help teams successfully adopt Agile mindset & practices, thereby helping the organization reap the benefits of Agile at scale. As the transformation lead, you will have to manage colleagues at various levels of seniority and expertise from GEC members to the teams on the ground responsible for the implementation of the transformation on Group and Business Unit Level.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Head Group Delivery Services. In this senior Agile position, your role as an Agile Transformation Lead will require you to be a strategic partner and thought leader for an organization transitioning to Agile Delivery methodologies.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Business Units in organizational road mapping and structuring, to drive increased ROI, greater adoption and higher transformation success.

• Act as a Catalyst Leader co-creating a shared vision; developing high participation; empowering people and teams; transformative change; growing business unit capability.

• Use your proven in-depth expertise of large-scale Agile transformations and frameworks to support the orchestration and development of the overall transformation plan for Swiss Re Group.

• Focus on ensuring a continuous improvement of the overall agile maturity by also leveraging cross functional synergies across Business Units domains and Corporate Functions (e.g. HR, Technology etc.)

• Lead working groups to meet transformation deliverables such as identifying a standard set of metrics, revising templates, setting up communities of practice, updating processes and assisting with the continuous development of custom Agile trainings.

• Make business impact, which is created by the new ways of working, transparent and measurable, by further developing OKR's and Key Performance; tracking the adoption of practices and processes objectively and define success.


About the Team

The Agile Transformation Lead works directly with the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, the Head Group Delivery Services and is closely aligned with the agile delivery teams which are integrated into the Business units, to steer the direction and accomplish the mission of providing the value story and create business impact.

We're looking for a senior catalyst leader with a hands-on approach to coaching, guiding, supporting, and pushing the organization to deliver the transformation of agile at scale.

Education and Background

• Demonstrable experience having led agile transformational spanning entire organization, skilled in understanding customer needs.
• Combined agile practices with leadership and management skills across cultures, geographies, and organizational levels.
• Strong presentation skills. Ability to present a message clearly and succinctly to business stakeholders, business leaders and team members.
• Experienced communicator both written & verbal and strong stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrates expertise in Scrum and Kanban (e.g. PSM I/II, KMP1/2) or demonstrates equivalent knowledge
