We are offering an opportunity to work across agile teams in the 'Strategic Operations' and 'Innovation & Transformation' (CITO) units. Both units shape the operational strategic and digital transformation agenda, transforming commercial insurance and reimagining customer experience through innovative use of data, technology and operational models that empower and enable our people, creating innovative solutions for our customers and partners.

The Centre of Excellence is a new team that is being created to increase the value of our transformative investments by ensuring that all CorSo teams are appropriately informed, engaged and trained to gain advantage from the innovations and developments. As a founding member of this team, you will play a key role in shaping its development and build up, using a wide range of learning tools to achieve our goals.

In this role we will work across various Product Areas to find efficient methods to use our investments into technology to the fullest and bring employees up to speed with these technologies and new ways of working.

The Centre of Excellence will collaborate with multiple groups and be at the forefront of the digital transformation in CorSo. As Platform Training Data Analyst you will:

- Obtain and interpret data in respect of tool usage and process adherence.
- Make recommendations for additional data collection.
- Feedback to Product Areas and Process Excellence Leads on the adoption of changes and benefit realization.
- Collaborate with Product Areas to understand the intended impact of changes and how to measure them.
- Present insights in a clear, understandable fashion to allow decision making in respect of training needs analysis, platform and process changes.
- Facilitate the creation of the right culture and mind-set for full digital adoption and work with colleagues to understand challenges of digital adoption.

Experience in agile way of working and change implementation is a must. Business fluency in English is needed.
