About the role

As Program Manager, you will have an outstanding and exciting opportunity to join us: a diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value and innovative services together with our clients and partners in the primary insurance space. You manage the build-up of an innovative, end-to-end, Digital Insurance-as-a-Service-Platform, in an agile and cross-functional environment. Once established, you onboard and ensure ongoing service delivery to our B2B partners across the value chain, while driving the next wave of growth across Europe. You coordinate the delivery of the platform and services to assigned partners and support our overall platform development.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:
-You handle the end-to-end of projects, coordinating the overall delivery in the company, with third-party providers and our partners, support in crafting the scope/proposition and help structuring requirements in platform features.
-You are key player in enabling cross-functional teamwork in an international and culturally diverse environment.
-You maintain the overview across all outcomes and dependencies, coordinate releases of projects, proactively steer and drive governance processes and manage respective resourcing and budget.
-You stay in direct contact with our partners, seamlessly onboard them onto our platform and ensure continuous delivery across the whole value chain.
-You define and lead the application of the delivery framework and foster the usage of agile project management paradigm.

Information about the selection process

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1900 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

Personality requirements and skills

About you

-You have 2-3 years of experience in leading diverse, cross-functional projects/programs. Experience in business and/or technical consulting is a plus.
-Bachelor (or Master) degree or equivalent qualifications in one of the domains such as Computer Science, Information and Business Management, or other Engineering fields is an advantage.
-L&H and/or P&C insurance proven experience and an understanding of the key levers in primary insurance market.
-High levels of organizational skills, diligent and result-driven personality, with the ability to influence others without authorities to deliver toward a common goal.
-Clear and effective communication skills on various levels (from developers to the management) as well as different backgrounds (from business to technical).
-Ability to "connect the dots" across functions and topic areas to quickly understand key relationships and dependencies.
-Ability to adapt, learn, adjust and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Big picture mind, while being able to dive into details and to work on creating solutions whenever necessary.
-Passionate about forming positive relationships and collaborating closely together with our partners and your teammates to ensure an efficient delivery.
-You are an open-minded, , trustworthy, and enthusiastic person, who can receive open/direct feedback
-You feel at ease with leaving the comfort zone and performing under pressure.
-Familiarity with agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. ---Any scrum certificate is a plus.
-Strong skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence or any other agile project management tools.
-Proficient in English is a must, one or more additional Western European language(s) is/are desirable.
