Job description, responsibilities and duties

Within the Corporate Solutions International Programs team, we are looking for a reporting analyst to partner with the business in elevating our portfolio insights and reporting solution. Specifically, the role will be responsible for: 

- Preparing and communicating business and operational reporting to senior management 
- Building and streamlining reporting solutions to facilitate business insights 
- Reduce manual processes when it comes to delivering business insights 
- Deep dives into portfolios on an ad-hoc basis using state of the art analytical and reporting frameworks 

The role provides you with significant exposure to senior management. Further, you will closely work together with the business change teams and International Programs product area. The International Programs Proposition and Transformation team sits within the Innovation and Transformation Office of Corporate Solutions. Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other 
- Experience of Commercial Insurance, or relevant financial services
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts 
- Creative approach to presenting insights with compelling visuals, including experience in visualizing business insights using state-of-the-art data analysis techniques, e.g. using PowerBI, tableau
- Familiarity with Spark SQL, Python and modern business intelligence tools preferred but not required 
- Strong work ethic and self-starter who can deliver results quickly 
- Ability to think strategically to develop and implement new concepts
