About the Role
Would you like your work to be a meaningful piece of puzzle of the whole hiring process? Are you passionate about HR and Recruitment topics with the aim to gain experience within this area? If your answer is yes, please continue reading, as you are the one we may want to hire.

This is the opportunity for you to work in the international environment with a diverse group of people from other countries. You will support the EMEA region including Slovakia and closely collaborate with Recruitment Advisors, vendors, agencies, managers and candidates. One of the goals of the team is outstanding and positive recruitment experience for all parties.

We all work together on the following tasks:
  • Creating and opening the vacant positions in the system and their handling until the right talent is found
  • Maintaining the volume of candidates' pipeline to keep the interview process in motion
  • Posting the jobs on local career pages
  • Reviewing and pre-screening candidates, phone screening of English language and other skills
  • Scheduling different types of interviews which include coordination of the participant's agenda and booking the rooms
  • Communication with colleagues from Slovakia and abroad to make sure the recruitment process runs efficiently
  • Possibility to attend interviews and meetings with business
  • Finding opportunities for improving candidate's experience

About the Team
We are an international team of a diverse set of people who support recruiters, hiring managers and applicants during the whole recruitment process in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the USA. Each of us supports different location(s), but we all collaborate to achieve high client happiness and secure cheerful recruiting experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Pro-client oriented and able to put yourself in the client shoes
  • Not afraid to communicate in foreign language and deal with various people and situations
  • Have the eye for detail, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize
  • Dedicated, embracing new changes, driven and self-motivated
  • Passionate about working within the team
  • Seeking for new challenges and opportunities to learn
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal, other language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
