Job description, responsibilities and duties
To complete the team, we are seeking for a Business Analyst with some BA experience and the aspiration to grow and advance. This role provides you a unique opportunity to get familiar with pioneering technology and capabilities including Azure cloud, artificial intelligence, plus the integration with our Service Now environments.
To maintain groundbreaking propositions and develop the next level of innovations, we need someone who is passionate about analysis, data and materialization of ideas including:
- Gather requirements, analyze, prioritize, clarify to implementors, co-ordinate UAT, sign off and post launch validations for the assigned initiative
- Manage partners like business users, product owners, architects, engineers and testers effectively
- Respond to, and handle complex issues in testing and production
- Provide ad-hoc analysis
- Connect with an international user community and help to embed our culture of continuous improvement

Within ContactOne, we are a team of 9 enthusiastic business analysts based out of Bangalore, Bratislava, Budapest and Zurich, providing innovative solutions. The product squad channel intelligence is responsible to operate and improve our artificial intelligence capabilities.
