Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Senior System Analyst, your job will be to transform requirements into specifications and solution designs as well as produce comprehensive documentation on our solutions. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, Security Solutions is a team which designs, improves, develops and maintains security solutions and services, while keeping primary focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). We're looking for a technical expert who'll help us analyse our digital environment to form technical specifications and design system integrations – bolstering our security landscape in the long run.

• Come up with new use cases, sequence diagrams and processes for our systems
• Create technical and interface specifications with architects and developers
• Design system integrations and data flow across our distributed application landscape
• Validate proposed solution design against requirements
• Be involved in testing and troubleshooting of new and existing IAM-targeted solutions
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments
• Engage in automation to reduce manual operations
Your qualifications

o Three or more years of working experience as a System Analyst or in an equivalent role
o University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/experience)
o Ability to analyse and capture technical and business requirements
o Experience in technical business analysis using various analysis and design techniques (such as BPM, SWOT, dependency tracking, 5W, etc.)
o Ability to produce comprehensive and user-friendly documentation
o Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
o Readiness towards cross-team collaboration
o Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Nice-to-have
o Experience in Identity & Access Management
