About the role


Do you like inspiring change and enabling insight through powerful analytics? Then it's the best choice to apply for this position to strengthen Business Transformation Team located in Bratislava. The team's directive is to drive technical and analytical capabilities, with an overarching aim to steer the operational excellence through digitisation. This is a position where one can actively apply their technical expertise and help the team progress on its directive.
This role involves working together very closely with our colleagues in Business Transformation Team in Bangalore, as well as the Divisional Executive Team in Bangalore, Bratislava and Zurich.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the entire Business Transformation team with your technological and analytical solutions
Strongly contributing to develop and drive Cash & Cost Operation Unit's overall digitisation concept
Working with your colleagues from Bratislava to identify inefficient processes and conceptualise pre-emptive and digital processes; you will then take a leading role in digitising those processes
Evaluating the team's current manual and semi-manual processes to develop automation capabilities
aking the lead on specific projects, relevant to Cash&Cost´ s digitisation efforts
Your can-do demeanour will help you and the team further improve processes by applying smart approaches and implementing technical solutions!

Business Transformation team is a team within Cash & Cost Operations in Finance Group Operations Division. Personality requirements and skills

About You

Let us describe yourself

Bachelors in a quantitative field, e.g. Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Finance or similar. Those with data science, actuarial certifications or Master's degree would be preferred
Certification / Expertise in advanced analytics including with R, Python, Machine Learning and, or data integration platforms e.g. Palantir Foundry
A minimum of four years in a similar role, with first-hand experience in using technology to analyse data, derive conclusions and make recommendations.
Ability to work across the organisation to understand an identified risk area and then developing/implementing a concise solution to quantify and mitigate the risk
A positive personality who enjoys taking ownership
Ability to work on your own initiative and implement solutions
Good communication and social skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment
Fluency in English is required
