About the role

- Act as a C-suite consultant and trusted advisor on employee engagement and internal communication actions supporting locally and globally
- Deal with high complexity of information, transform raw data, ideas & concepts into impactful, insightful and creative communication outputs
- Co-create location level engagement plan to enable collaboration across functions, organize town-halls and various events, cooperate with multiple Business Units and
- Functions located in BTS on common communications targets
- Co-operate with Group Communications Team in close alignment and enable joint movement of Location related activities with various other departments and partners across the organization
- Co-create internal communication strategy and translate this strategy into action by building and executing along the internal engagement roadmap in line with strategic priorities and focus topics throughout the year
- Develop and implement strategic engagement plans, campaigns and activities such as presentations, conferences and C-suite speeches
- Consult and lead all aspects of content for internal media such as websites, newsletter, announcements and events
- Contribute to strengthening the delivery of a consistent brand and positioning strategy through impactful, creative and engaging programs, channels and initiatives (internal and external)
- Design and engage a strong delivery network with partners
- Expand and manage relationships with key partners and be perceived as trusted communications advisor with regard to location level & divisional communications
- Develop and implement metrics and measurements to supervise internal communication & engagement efficiency

Personality requirements and skills

About you

- Graduate in Mass Communication/MSW preferred
- Overall 10+ years of work experience, with minimal 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in community/employee engagement, communications & global stakeholder management
- Contribution in Content Development and Branding across various communication channels
- Experience to multi-cultural work environment
- Experience with Project/Change Management preferred
- Perfection in creating impactful presentations & visualization dash boards
- Professional knowledge in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Think Cell, Tableau etc.
