About the Team

Digital transformation is everywhere and it is transforming how we work and do business every single day. Are you ready to craft the digital future of Swiss Re?

Since more than a decade Swiss Re provides facultative reinsurance solutions to its clients through an end-to-end platform called SwiftRe®. SwiftRe® offers a lean and efficient business process by providing automatic risk placement within a few minutes in a reliable and secure way at a competitive rate. The platform is used by primary insurance companies and brokers in the Property, Casualty and Special Lines business segments which require coverage for small-to-medium sized facultative solutions.

Swiss Re is strategically investing in building a modern, modular, scalable and secure Digital Platform for placing and managing risks, replacing the current SwiftRe® platform, providing its clients a broader service offering with great user experience built with state-of-the-art technologies.

P&C IT Solutions is driving these exciting changes and bringing them to life! Join us and become an integral part of our experienced team!

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to:

- Understand the strategic imperatives and help to bring the strategy down to meaningful initiatives
- Focus on the customer experience by adopting an outside in focus, understanding the clients and the challenges they face and build solutions that our clients need, want and like.
- Reimagine business processes by understanding the current SwiftRe business processes, analyze them, develop new processes and inspire change.
- Engage continuously with partners by gathering feedback, co-developing concepts and translating them into tangible specifics ready for implementation
- Work closely with the Product Owner and DevOps team to ensure strategic objectives and business requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Proxy and deputize the Product Owner whenever required in planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and resolving matters in a pragmatic and goal-oriented way.
