Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Reward Specialist you will support the delivery of the Reward strategy, governance and compliance in your area. You will be part of a team that provides consulting services to country HR and Business on Reward topics, including local benefits.
Main tasks and activities may include:
prepare salary increase forecasting, benchmarking and compensation ranges
benchmarking of local benefit programmes against peer companies
analysis of market competitiveness of compensation and/or benefits (for business, country, or region) using internal dashboards and other available data
consult country HR on compensation related transactions (hires, transfers, promotions, etc)
advise on the application of Reward policies and processes
participate in Reward team projects and support the development of Reward products and services
support country HR on regulatory compliance for compensation and benefits
advise on local benefit topics and the support execution of group benefit strategy and initiatives

It is a Centre of Excellence with a real passion for quality, supporting the delivery of an integrated service on all matters of Reward. Key activities include ensuring appropriate governance of remuneration decisions and advising HR and the Business on individual and broader reward challenges.
