Security culture and awareness are key pillars in Swiss Re's cyber defence and security strategy and require a talent to communicate, analytical problem solving, and technical understanding of our cyber threat landscape.

We will work together closely with several teams to manage portfolio oversight and raise security awareness. With your contributions, you make Swiss Re more cyber resilient and with that, Swiss Re makes the world more resilient!

Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Security Awareness and Culture Lead with the conduction of cyber security awareness campaigns.
- Management of the oversight about cyber security awareness projects and initiatives.
- Designing awareness and training material for various employee groups and provide training and education for employees on all aspects of cyber security , incl. IT security trainings.
- Developing concepts and actively maintaining various communication channels to positively influence security behaviour
- Maintaining, developing and communicating metrics on cyber security awareness to identify areas of improvement with regard to employee awareness.

About the Team

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) function is the principal point for cyber and information security activities across Swiss Re. We have the role to supervise security governance, risk and compliance, define and advance the company's cyber security concepts as well as carry out the implementation of necessary security capabilities. You are a part of a small team located in Bratislava, however cooperating across the globe with your colleagues and internal customers.

Personality requirements and skills

Are you passionate about new challenges daily and would like to become a specialist in cybersecurity awareness? This is your chance to join the CISO Service Delivery team within our Chief Security Officer (CSO) Organization.

Your skills comprise:
- A graduate or masters degree in Computer Science, Marketing/Communication or related fields - ideally with an IT security focus or equivalent background.
- You have a sound understanding and strong interest in cyber security awareness. Broad experience in cybersecurity or Information Technology is not required, but a plus. You will be expected to continually work with and learn from our security team and stay abreast with the latest cybersecurity concepts, terminology and risks.
- Project management experience and the keeping the oversight and the monitoring of the different cyber security related projects and initiatives.
- Experience with the coordination and organization of awareness activities, development of e-learnings as well as use of different methods of communications, such as social media, writing articles, and event coordination.
- Ability to take the initiative and build great relationships with colleagues from different departments. Collaboration and partnering with others, to include people in other countries, is a key factor for success.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to market complex messages in a simple, clear and engaging manner within our organisation; proficiency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
- Experience in working with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
