Become a Procurement Execution Associate in Sourcing Team. You will enjoy this role the most if you like frequent and flexible communication with internal clients using technology to bridge physical distances. Your main responsibilities will be contribution to the global delivery of sourcing transactional activities such as support in Source to Pay process; training the business users in the procurement tool; completing data quality tasks and ensure support of reconciliation of invoices.

- Executes on the procurement transactional activities in Source to Pay process
- Supports the global business users (internal customers) while ensuring their needs are anticipated
- Provides Source to Pay input into the development of appropriate manuals/trainings
- Contributes to continual improvement in the Sourcing Execution team – active part in internal initiatives and engages team members
- Contributes to developing the Regional Sourcing network while ensuring effective collaboration across Global Sourcing Team
- Takes ownership of your own career, performance and development
- Liaising with various business departments, managers and finance teams
- Performing any other sourcing tasks as required by supervisor

About the Team

Our team is accountable for end-to-end procurement activities responsible for development of Regional strategy in alignment with Global Category Teams. Along with its Regional business partners and through established Sourcing networks, this team executes the strategy to deliver value, improve quality, optimize cost and mitigate risk in the supply chain.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

About You

Ideal background:
Ideally, you have two years of Procurement/Sourcing experience in international multicultural environment. Candidate will demonstrate proficiency in organizational executing on pragmatic solutions in collaboration with the business to advance business priorities. Candidate will be required to communicate effectively with Global Sourcing community, Business partners and external suppliers. Candidate shall demonstrate analytical and critical thinking with a focus on driving sustainable performance and continuous improvement.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required at a minimum; in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field. Strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.

Languages:
Proficient in English, other language desirable
