About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to support iptiQ's data integration processes to receive & validate our partners' data, to provide actionable data insights to iptiQ businesses and to develop process automation initiatives (e.g., RPA).

Your tasks will be:
1. Analyse and report business-critical data, identify and correct data quality issues
2. Develop relationships with sales, finance, HR, sales operations, and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues
3. Oversee and assist with collection of data and reports as needed
4. Analyse operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights
5. Create new tools and business processes that simplifies, standardizes and enables operational excellence
6. Participate in proof of concepts for new RPA opportunities
7. Develop and administrate bots to automate repeatable processes using tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
8. Strict adherence to both internal and external compliance policies
9. Some travel to Swiss Re locations may be required

About the Team
iptiQ EMEA is part of Swiss Re's Life Capital division which manages all our life & health primary insurance portfolios across Europe. iptiQ is a start-up, established to deliver creative protection solutions sold to consumers through Distribution Partners. Our team delivers the coordination, infrastructure and capabilities key to driving forward this new business, while working closely with the rest of the Swiss Re Group.

We are establishing a data operation team within Bratislava which will support the iptiQ teams across Europe. iptiQ is a Luxembourg based insurer with Branches in UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France. iptiQ's data operation team supports the delivery of iptiQ's growth for these locations and other countries across Europe, currently Spain & Poland. We are looking for a creative self-starter to be part of this team with specific responsibility to deliver iptiQ's data management processes to ensure accurate, timely and business relevant reporting for iptiQ business steering.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1200 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
1. Experience in data management and/or data analysis
2. Strong analytics skills, ability to work with large data sets and extrapolate conclusions
3. Experience coding in SQL, R, Python or other data manipulation language
4. Understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
5. Real passion for and knowledge of technology and digitalisation
6. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) not required but would be a plus
7. You are committed to quality, attention to detail and are solution oriented
8. English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential
