About the Role
• You will manage the complete access product lifecycle. You will create, modify and remove role / rule definitions and ensure all changes are handled according to defined processes.
• You will support access community by dealing with inquiries and / or by addressing these to the respective support teams. You will resolve incidents and problems related to access services and provide consultations.
• You will integrate application access roles into standard tools and processes while adhering to IT security, governance standards and regulatory compliance in respect of Identity and Access Management.
• You will take additional responsibilities such as enhancement of existing processes and of the quality management system, customer experience improvement and efficiency initiatives, support of compliance and audit activities, maintenance of documentation etc.
• You will frequently interact with clients as well as with your co-workers by e-mail, phone or in person therefore we expect clear, professional and timely communication from you.

• You will participate in global projects and even act as SPOC in selected areas. We encourage you to proactively address potential issues and problems.
• You may act as the deputy of your supervisor.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• We are looking for a passionate person with at least moderate experience within the area of access management and / or IT service delivery, ideally with end-user support. Your qualification may need to include a degree in an IT discipline or equivalent technical and business experience.
• We assume you have general high-level IT knowledge. This may or may not include experience with IT security systems and platforms such as operating systems, databases, Active Directory, Azure AD, networking etc.
• We expect fair knowledge of Microsoft Office tools from you and we would favor if you had at least basic knowledge of SQL.
• We prefer you hold ITIL Foundation certificate. Validated attendance of ITIL Intermediate course would also be beneficial.
• We wish you had understanding of Swiss Re applications, access management concepts, access products and related tools.
• We look for reasonable knowledge of business functional roles and business data access concepts.
• We are confident you have experience with cross-functional work assignments and that you are a culturally sensitive person.
• We always have pleasing work environment in mind for you. In unexpected, emergency situations, we however expect you to be able to work under limited pressure.
• We count on your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We would like you to have some leadership ambitions and for that reason your previous leadership experience will be considered as an advantage.
• We believe you can work with minimal supervision and that you can perform other relevant tasks as instructed by your supervisor and even cover for roles in other teams.
