About the Role

We are looking for a young talent to support all activities for Technical Accounting department. The team of around ten Technical Accountants works on the booking and processing insurance premium and claims.

What you will be responsible for?

Successful students recruited for this position will work closely with Technical Accountants (and potentially with other experts). Common daily tasks include preparing of booking evidence and handling various technical accounting tasks based on the reports and mentorship from the responsible Technical Accountant or Team lead. The main responsibility of Technical Accounting teams is pairing of incoming payments from our clients and processing of outgoing payments.

You will communicate with our offices in Paris, London, Genova and other locations and will be involved in the end to end process of the whole department.

Minimum base salary for this job from 5 EUR gross/hour/part time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• You are Undergraduate on Bachelor's Degree/Master´s degree
• If you have already knowledge and understanding of Re-/ Insurance business, it would be an advantage
• Your previous relevant job experience is also a plus
• We need you to be proficient in English language (reading, writing and speaking), every other foreign language is an advantage
• From your PC skills - use of Microsoft Office Package is needed (special focus on Excel)
• You have strong analytical skills and orientation on detail
• You are happy to work with numbers and collect information in order to find correct solution
• You are responsible and able to balance your studies with your job effectively and like learn by doing philosophy
• You are able to adapt to fast growth, change and demand, to work both independently or together with team of colleagues, while establishing right priorities and you are comfortable to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• You demonstrate strong social skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment
