iptiQ EMEA L&H are seeking a Delivery Associate with experience in project management and coordination to support the successful delivery of new partner onboardings, product launches and enhancements covering the EMEA region. In this role you will work closely with the Delivery Managers and the wider cross functional teams where necessary. You will also play a key part in the central reporting of the Partner Delivery Team. Line Management of this position will report into the Senior Delivery Manager based in London.

As a Delivery Associate, the key activities will be:
1. Providing project management support by maintaining project logs; project reporting, risk management and other activities as directed by the Delivery Manager.
2. Contributing to the running of the central reporting and governance function of Partner Delivery in conjunction with the team – this would include collating project updates across all projects; tracking of project governance processes and other tasks as required.
3. Providing sales support on deals including due diligence, annual review activities and other support.
4. Contributing towards other activities within the team as necessary.

iptiQ EMEA L&H are a start-up unit within Swiss Re Life Capital, established to deliver innovative protection solutions sold directly to consumers. The Sales and Marketing Team delivers the coordination, infrastructure and competences key to driving forward this new business, while working closely with Swiss Re Group. This role sits within the Partner Delivery Team whose responsibility is to ensure that partner focused projects across all jurisdictions are delivered in line with the priorities as set by Chief Marketing Officer and Head Partner Delivery Management. Additionally, the team also manages the central reporting function of all project deals and enhancements across the business – we have team members located across London, Zurich, Paris and Bratislava.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

1. You have project management support experience or alternatively, have experience in coordinating the completion of multiple deliverables within a project environment.
2. You have experience within the Insurance or Finance sector – though not mandatory.
3. You have strong written presentation skills in the preferred language(s).
4. You are organised and logical in the management of tasks and workload across multiple teams and clients.
5. You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly with other team members.
6. English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential. Additional language skills are preferred from one or more of German, French, Spanish and Dutch.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and advantageous with SharePoint.
