About the role

iptiQ EMEA L&H are seeking a Delivery Associate with experience in the coordination of various project related activities. Your role will be to support the successful delivery of new partner onboardings, product launches and enhancements covering the EMEA region. In this role you will work closely with the Delivery Managers and the wider cross functional teams where necessary. You will also play a key part in the central reporting of the Partner Delivery Team. Line Management of this position will report into the Senior Delivery Manager based in London.

As a Partner Delivery Associate, the key activities will be:

- Contributing to the running of the central reporting and governance function of Partner Delivery in conjunction with the team – e.g. project updates, project governance processes and project roadmap planning.
- Providing project management support by maintaining project logs; project reporting, risk management and other activities as directed by the Delivery Manager.
- Providing sales support on deals including due diligence, annual review activities and other activities where required.
- The successful candidate will get involved with many different business areas across the entire company as well as senior management which provides the opportunity to grow in a small, driven and committed team.

iptiQ EMEA L&H are a start-up unit within Swiss Re, established to deliver innovative protection solutions sold directly to consumers. The Sales and Marketing Team delivers the coordination, infrastructure and competences key to driving forward this new business, while working closely with Swiss Re Group. Our mission is to reduce the protection gap by simplifying life insurance and making it more accessible to people. 
This role sits within the Partner Delivery Team whose responsibility is to ensure that partner focused projects across all jurisdictions are delivered in line with the priorities as set by Chief Marketing Officer and Head Partner Delivery Management. Additionally, the team also manages the central reporting function of all project deals and enhancements across the business – we have team members located across London, Zurich, Paris, Madrid and Bratislava.

Personality requirements and skills

- You have project management support experience or alternatively, have experience in coordinating the completion of multiple deliverables within a project environment.
- You have strong spoken and written presentation skills.
- You are organised and logical in the management of tasks and workload across multiple teams and clients.
- You are motivated to understand the bigger picture and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Ability to make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience and judgement.
- You have confidence in dealing with many different levels of people from different functions and locations, including from the client side where necessary.
- You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly with other team members.
- English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential. Additional language skills are beneficial from one or more of French, Spanish and German.
