About the role:

In your role you will:
• closely cooperate with different HR teams and Communication on Employer Branding topic
• Cooperate on building and implementation of employer branding strategy
• Participate on preparation of employer branding campaigns, creation of EVP and brand awareness
• Support local social media strategy and assist with our digital presence
• Look for new channels in order to support internal and external employer branding communication of Swiss Re brand
• Be responsible for driving job fairs and other branding events, building relationships with Universities
• Participate in local and global HR projects

About the team:

Local HR Bratislava drives the people agenda for the Swiss Re branch, which has more than 1400 employees. The solid growth of the location brought employer branding to the center of interest of Swiss Re in Bratislava.

Our team consists of HR professionals focusing on various areas within advisory and partnering with business. Our department is part of the wider EMEA HR community. We are operating in an environment that is business focused, dynamic, international, agile and diverse.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Previous experience with Employer Branding topics in an international environment is an advantage
• Interest in the business we are covering with our BSC (Reinsurance, Corporate Solutions, Life Capital)
• Advanced user of MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Active social media user
• Fluent in English, Slovak is an advantage
• Creative person with storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Strong in prioritization
• You are a self-driven individual able to work autonomously
• You are a team player, supporting constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm. You have the ability to work in, and adapt to, a dynamic working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is essential
