Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact who professionally represents Swiss Re Bratislava towards external and internal clients. We are looking for the person who enjoys the daily contact and communication with people, who is responsible and ready to adapt on constantly changing environment. Become a part of Corporate Real Estate Services team and gain experience from professional environment which you will be able to utilise in your future career.

- Visitors registration and access management
- Ordering of transportation for visitors
- Taking care of internal & external clients´ requests
- Ensuring smooth operation of the Reception desk
- Take-over of incoming mail (incl. related confirmation)
- Hand-over of outgoing mail via Slovak Post and courier (incl. related confirmation)
- Portable meeting room AV equipment (beamers, CD players, laser pointers, slide changers)
- Maintenance of all records
- Administrative work (reports, statistics related to the job).

Internal Services:
- Regular refill of supplies
- Distribution of internal mail
- Quarterly update of meeting room binders

Working schedule is fixed, 7:30-16:00 and 8:30-17:00. Schedule is known 1 month in advance.

We are flexible to fill this role as 75% part-time (6hrs a day), two 50% part-times, or full-time.

About the team:
Corporate Real Estate Services team is responsible for Facility management of Swiss Re Bratislava location. IT consists of several sub-teams: Building Management, Functional Management, Workplace arrangement, Internal Services and Reception team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
- Secondary education
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role as service provider is an advantage
- Good communication skills with people on all levels
- Customer focus
- Organized and flexible, good time management
- Comprehension of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- English and Slovak language: written and spoken fluency
- Client centricity is a natural part of your personality
