Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a standout colleague, currently for a maternity cover contract, who is passionate about Employer Branding and all things related.

What can you look forward to?

- Close collaboration with HR teams and Employer Branding discussions
- Co-creating and implementation of the local employer branding strategy
- Preparation of the campaigns, creation of EVP and brand awareness
- Supporting the social media strategy and assisting with our digital presence
- Crafting content as well as searching new channels to improve internal and external employer branding communication
- Working on a well being-program framework of future for internal employees
- Driving job fairs and other branding events, incl. budgeting initiatives
- Handling related agenda, such as sheltered workshops
- Identifying the right partners to work with
- Taking part in local and global HR projects

HR Bratislava drives the people agenda for the Swiss Re branch, which has more than 1600 employees. The growth of the location brought employer branding to the center of interest.

Our team consists of HR professionals focusing on various areas within advisory and partnering with the business. We are part of the wider EMEA HR community, operating in an environment that is business focused, dynamic, international, agile and diverse.

- Experienced in Employer Branding topics in an international environment (an advantage)
- An active social media user
- Creative with storytelling skills
- Excellent in communication and social skills
- Advanced user of MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, Slovak is an advantage
- Interested in the business we are covering within our BSC (Reinsurance, Corporate Solutions, Life Capital)
- Strong in prioritization, organized and reliable
- Forward thinking and approachable
