We are newly established team which is responsible for operational controlling task for entire IT Division. The main core of the Controlling Operation team supports the planning, controlling and procurement activities. The focus of our mission is to support our main counterparts from IT business Management. Through dedication to our business partners, high quality, innovation trends and customer oriented approach we become the trusted partner. We collaborate on daily basis with business partners from IT Division, Accounts Payables, Sourcing support team, IT Procurement Team and vendors from our portfolio. Within the position you will have an opportunity to have control the budgets over the IT projects.
About the role
• We create purchase orders (PO) for IT expenses based on requests from cost centre managers
• We allocate the purchase orders POs & bookings to budget items on a monthly basis
• We are a primary contact for standard reporting within the whole IT Division (monthly expense report, ERT report, etc.)
• We support yearly and quarterly financial planning and controlling processes
• We coordinate quarterly IT accrual process in close collaboration with Finance and IT Procurement
• We are processing the pass-through of Telecom costs
• We process regular travel & entertainment reporting & travel statistics
• We prepare and process the reclassification of bookings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• You have a degree in economic studies or strong work experience in a related topic with 2 years practical experience working within Finance or Sourcing environment
• You are a fast learner showing a high degree of own initiative and the ability to readily adapt to different ways of doing things is expected along with a shown ability to work independently
• You are curios and open-minded, you like working in a team
• Your strong asset are analytical skills and ability to focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture are essential
