* Salary: from 2500 EUR/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new member to join our Product Management – Fuel Cards team. You will be working in a centralized, international team, operating of 9 countries‘ Fuel card services. Responsibilities include coordination of hub and supported countries’ Internal Services team members, acting to fulfil the targeted quality KPIs. You will be accountable for keeping close cooperation with the supported countries’ counterpart teams for providing highest quality Card services in hub region.

What would you be responsible for?
  • Coordinate centralized card activities of Internal Services team for SK and CZ market, supporting of organization management for Card Manager with ownership to ensure sustainable solutions and customer focused operation.
  • Monitor and control quality KPIs for the card processes: card invoicing, transactions management and card distribution process.
  • Provide professional support to Card teams, Sales, Support and Customer Care organizations. Supervise activities of associate colleagues.
  • Being part of incident management business ownership in a rotated way within Operational Excellence team for IT incident management processes to speed up resolution and minimize business impact.
  • Provide professional expertise for the IS operation associate

What do we require?
  • Master's degree.
  • Capability to lead 6-7 persons in North hub - Bratislava and Prague.
  • Professional level Slovakian and advanced level English, verbal and written.
  • Capable to review, understand business processes and affinity of systems understanding.
  • Solution oriented personality with good problem solving skills.
  • Open and cooperative personality with internal and external stakeholders, strong customer focus and eager to improve the quality of operation.
  • Familiar of usage Microsoft applications and willingness to learn Fuel Card systems and environment.
