WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
As a part of retail network we are acting as a point of contact between the internal and external customers and the organisation. Our primary goal is to solve all the customer complaints or suggestions appropriately in a timely manner. We cooperate with the all the relevant departments in the organisation including the Sales and Lubes as well as with the Service Station customers and partners. You can become a member of our team maintaining the communication with the customers, solving the cases and supporting our Service Station partners in this matter.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in Legal/ Economy related field.
• Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems .
• Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Slovak, proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
• Tech Savvy: excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
