* Salary: 3200 EUR/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Whom we are looking for?

GPO will be responsible to analyze, understand, supervise and develop the end-to-end processes put in the scope. Create enterprise-wide value. Ensure the methodological compliance with the Group regulations, contribute to the efficient in practice execution by implementing changes if deviations from the Group “best practice” are identified. Participate in projects impacting or anyhow effecting the process in scope. Make decisions on process adjustments on Group level and contribute to the efficient local application. Authority around the processes in scope is not limited to GBS served entities, but to be enforced on Group-wide level. Align key stakeholders (customers, business unit leaders, management, etc.) on the direction of the global process. Empowered to initiate changes on local level if the local process in scope is deviated from the desired Group-practice.

Your main tasks are:

  • Design and implement policies, processes and embedded internal controls in alignment with the respective Group policies and “best practices”
  • Define Target Operating Model for the processes and implement strategy
  • Manage the implementation projects
  • Drive change management in relation to process transformation, policy and process changes with key stakeholders from business and GBS operations
  • Provide technical support to the local financial teams in interpreting and implementing the processes
  • Monitor adherence to policies and effectiveness of processes. Engage with stakeholders and users to collect feedback and lessons learnt
  • Determine gaps and support the introduction of the processes in scope in case of new company acquisitions
  • Set the desired performance and quality levels of the activities related to the process in scope across the MOL Group based on agreed measurable (KPIs) ensuring a timely reaction to any missed KPI targets
  • Develop, and continuously improve processes, based on industry best practices, and incorporate lessons learnt and user feedbacks
  • Needs a vision for how the pieces of the process come together, where the integration points are, and how performance can be improved over time.
  • Manage the implementation projects, moreover lead and control the ad hoc project team which was created to the given implementation.
  • Identify the right leadership style for stakeholders and apply it consistently.

What Is Required To Fill The Position?

  • University degree in economics/finance/accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance areas
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel (1-2 days/month)
  • ERP: SAP, MS Office
  • Project management skills/experience in leading teams
  • Communication skills
  • Client orientation
