We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for coordination of the contract creation in line with Group and Local regulations as well as coordination of the SN Fuel Export. New colleague will work closely and cooperate with the Regional Market Coordinators and Fuel Supply and Sales Team leader to create group standards in fuel-import export activities jointly with colleagues from Fuel Market Commercial.
Responsibilities of Sales Support Specialist include:
- Responsibility for Slovnaft Fuel export and all connected operative works
- Preparing and providing the inputs to the auditing process of the area and makes proposals on how to eliminate identified deficiencies: (contracts, claims, approval sheet)
- Responsibility for the content and preparation of the standard and nonstandard contracts (business, specific terms and conditions, logistics, reclamation, alignment between MOL and SN) and for reporting the status of the contracts
- Initiating regular knowledge sharing within Supply and Sales Execution team about contractual key aspects, regulatory changes, major audit findings and necessary improvement
- Responsibility for complaint management and reducing the number of days until a complaint resolution
- Responsible for necessary administration and archiving of relevant documents
- Responsibility for transfer price setting upon alignment with stakeholders (Fuel Market Regional Coordinator, Controlling, Taxing department, Subsidiary), coordination and documentation, amend documentation, send information to taxing department
- Creating the necessary reporting system/data base to follow the business opportunities and possibilities on the market and the fuel export results on Slovnaft side: performing market presentations on main findings
What do we expect?
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a relevant position in commercial operations, import export or back office
- Keen eye for details; delivers precise, accurate quality work
- Proactive
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills, comfortable to deal with diverse stakeholders
- User-level computer skills (MS Office applications), advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- User knowledge of SAP, CRM, BI is an advantage
- English language - advanced level (daily communication in English is required)
- Driving license – group B (active driver)
