Market Fuel Commercial Specialist

We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for coordination of the contract creation in line with Group and Local regulations as well as coordination of the SN Fuel Export. New colleague will work closely and cooperate with the Regional Market Coordinators and Fuel Supply and Sales Team leader in order to create group standards in fuel-import export activities jointly with colleagues from Fuel Market Commercial.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Slovnaft Fuel export and all connected operative works
• Prepares and provides the inputs to the auditing process of the area and makes proposals on how to eliminate identified deficiencies: (contracts, claims, approval sheet)
• Participates and proposes improvements regarding the development of guidelines, procedures and policies of sales organizations
• Ensure continuous search for/ and execution of sales margin revenue enhancement opportunities
• Responsible for the content and preparation of the standard and nonstandard contracts (business, specific terms and conditions, logistics, reclamation, alignment between MOL and SN) and also for reporting the status of the contracts.
• Responsible for claim management and reducing the number of days until a claim is solved.
• Takes part in administrative execution of export sales and import, preparation of contracts, price calculations
• Creates the necessary reporting system/data base to follow the business opportunities and possibilities on the market and the fuel export results on Slovnaft side: performs market presentations on main findings.

Skills and experience:

• University degree
• Previous experience at similar position are welcome
• Active user of English language (both spoken and written)
• General understanding of asset operations and economics
• General overview of optimization and scheduling tools
• MS Office
• Driving licence (active driver)
• Willingnes to travel for business purposes
