*Commencing salary depends on your individual skills and experiences and is subject to peer agreement. Minimum commencing salary is 1700€ gross * base salary + annual performance bonus based on fulfilment of key performance indicators up to 20% of the annual salary
Job description
- To be interface point of the Contractor’s Project Manager/Engineer for the execution of the project;
- To be responsible for completeness and current status of Engineering Project Schedule and relevant documentation;
- To verify compliance of the Contractors activities with:
- Contract deliverables, schedule and quality requirements and implement corrective actions in case of underperformance;
- Project rules and quickly implement corrective actions in case of deviations;
- To coordinate internal Owner’s organizational units and disciplines in order to ensure timely performance of Owner’s contractual duties in accordance with Contractual requirements and Project procedures
- To drive the identification of project risks relevant to the Contract, develop and implement risk response action plans for the top risks and also capitalize on potential opportunities;
- To ensure rigorous application of the management of changes process in accordance with Project rules
- To embed a ‘one team’ approach to design, engineering, construction and execution components of the project;

Requirements
- University education (Master´s degree) - Technical, economic or management field of study
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within large construction project
- Proven experience with Project management in the role of Project Engineer, Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
- Use of English as a working language
- Project approach and problem solving attitude is must
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Target oriented, team player mindset
- Analytical thinking
