Job description

We offer you a unique opportunity to participate in completion of Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce. For MO34 Project we are looking for HR Generalist with previous experience in recruitment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Preparing of recruitment advertisements and posting them to appropriate job portals, social media;
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media;
  • Screening and filtering candidates CVs and job applications;
  • Organising and conducting interviews, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Acting as a point of contact and building good relationship with candidates during the selection process;
  • Organization of on-boarding process of new emplyoees;
  • Administration of documents related to all stages of employee life-cycle;
  • Providing assistance and advice to employees in various labour related situations;
  • Collecting, controlling, processing and maintaining employee personal data for evidence in HR systems and for employee files;
  • Preparing reports according to regular or ad-hoc requirements;
  • Communicating with other departments and units within the scope of job competences.
