Contract Management Specialist

We offer you a unique opportunity to participate in completion of a Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce and work in international expert team. For MO34 Project we are looking for a dedicated Contract Management Specialist who will be responsible for evaluation of the contracts and management of contracting process.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Complex management of contract (amendments) conclusion, their changes and modifications based on identification and evaluation of needs of relevant unit;
• Supporting the Procurement department with initiation and participation on negotiations with contractors/subcontractors about contractual conditions;
• Supporting Project Managers by providing statements and proposing solutions for various situations based on contractual arrangements (e. g. claims resolution);
• Evaluation of contract proposals received from contractors/subcontractors, collecting statements from relevant company units and their emplementation into contracts;
• Identification of legislation changes and their application into contractual processes;
• Cooperation with other units within scope of his/her competencies.
