Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

We are offering a position of Senior Business Analyst that will act as a link between our customers and software development team.

The main responsibilities of Senior Business Analyst are:

- to be a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- to develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
- to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and manages changes to such requirements
- critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed
- to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- and additional job duties as required.

Mzdové podmienky (brutto)

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

- 5+years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expert working knowledge of platform systems (front and backend), functions and business units they support.
- Expert analytical abilities, planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Strong PC skills required.
- Expert knowledge of industry association rules.
- In depth understanding of In depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Expert knowledge of credit card industry.
- Expert knowledge of business operations and practices.
