Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a colleague to join the Identity and Access Management team , whose role is to support the integrity and IT security of internal applications, security, PingID, so that only authorized persons can access the Raiffeisen network and environment.You can work in a combination of : Nitra+Homeoffice/Presov+Homeoffice/remote by agreement
Your tasks:
- Agile working in a cross-national product team - close cooperation with your colleagues, our customers and suppliers
- Creation of enterprise identity management concepts as well as web access concepts combined with modern protocols (OAuth 2.0, openIDconnect, SAML, etc.) and multi-factor authentication solutions
- Customising (configuration and programming) of identity and access management solutions based on the products of the manufacturers ONE IDENTITY and PING IDENTITY
- Customising of processes, workflows, GUIs and reports, etc.
- Creating, adapting and expanding interfaces to other systems
(HR systems, AD, O365, LDAP, SAP, databases, REST APIs, SCIM, etc.)
- Supporting the various software suppliers in the Raiffeisen Group with the integration of their applications into the central IAM platforms
- Documentation of the implemented solutions
- Support for our customers and their application managers (2nd level)
- Operational management of the IAM systems in a 24 x 7 operation onprem and in the cloud
- Troubleshooting and solving complex problems (3rd level support) in a 24 x 7 operation
Personality requirements and skills
What are we expecting:- Successfully completed studies/university of applied sciences (computer science / business informatics) or comparable experience (HTL and professional experience)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment
- Experience in the operation of identity and access management solutions with platforms such as PingIdentity, Onelogin, Okta, Keycloak, etc
- Understanding of problem solving and strong analytical thinking paired with an independent way of working
- Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as : Java, Javascript, .NET, VBA, Angular (Framework)
- Knowledge of Unix / Windows Server
- Knowledge of networks and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, REST)
- Knowledge of LDAP / directory services
- Knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, openIDconnect, SAML)
- Customer orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to undergo continuous and independent further training
- Experience in the IT security environment and a high level of IT security awareness
- JIRA know-how desirable
- Good knowledge of English and ideally basic German
