In our Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are currently seeking an Experienced AR & Billing Specialist with German to join our dynamically growing team. As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

What will be your responsibilities?

What will be your responsibilities?
- provide administrative and accounting support to clients administered by the SSC
- control, verify and prepare bills for final processing
- process final outgoing invoices (AR) according to internal procedures
- support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
- communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
- dunning process
- strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts
- assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for process improvements
- ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
- communicate with English and German speaking clients in order to resolve routine queries and problems

Personality requirements and skills
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- fluent German language spoken and written (B2)
- English language at least B1
- experience with SAP S/4 and Coupa is an advantage
- sense of detail and precision required
- strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities
- ability to think and plan ahead, be flexible, to cope with tight deadlines, to quickly shift gears in a dynamic environment
- ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit
