​As a Junior Consultant in our Deals Advisory team, you will:

• Conduct in-depth financial due diligence to support buy-side transactions.
• Engage in various M&A projects, offering you a diverse and enriching professional experience.
• Process and analyze a variety of financial data of the target businesses and extract important insights.
• Work closely with senior consultants, as well as management team and clients to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with our tax and law departments to ensure comprehensive analysis and advisory.
